Founder: Mr. Huang Qifu

The founder of JIABO, Huang Qifu, born in 1936, started working in October 1953. He served as the Chairman of Jiabo Pharma. He is one of the earliest individuals in China to engage in the research on Propofol and held key positions such as plant manager at state-owned pharmaceutical companies, including Jingxiutang Pharmaceutical, Xingqun Pharmaceutical, and Qiaoguang Pharmaceutical.

Huang Qifu advocated for the development of a new model of employee-organization relationship, cultivating a unique corporate culture that enhanced the JIABO's soft power.
